Born and raised in Grosseto, surrounded by the splendid scenery of the Tuscan Maremma, I have loved to travel and to experience new things ever since I was a child.
After my Agricultural studies I decided to grab my suitcase and train professionally in London where I spent about two years, between education and work.
Once I returned to Italy, I began my career in the hotel industry, filling every position in various accommodation facilities before getting promoted to Reception Manager.
Confident in the know-how I had gained, I decided to return to London to put my newly gained skills to the test and step up my game in foreign 5-star hotels.
I joined the Franco Grasso Revenue Team after sending a “love letter” of sorts to Franco Grasso.
My goal has always been to bring Revenue Management to the Maremma, a highly touristic region with huge potential for growth.
I personally manage most of the accommodation facilities in my area, focusing on analyzing their historical data to understand past sales trends and identify key points to establish a new revenue strategy.
RevPar and Brand Reputation are my best friends, which I analyze and interpret every day in order to daily increase revenue.
