A keen traveler, after graduating in Communication Sciences, I combined business with pleasure working on cruise ships, an experience which allowed me to discover wonderful places, strengthening my language skills and perfecting the art of hospitality.
After three years traveling around the world, I settled on the mainland, furthering my professional path in luxury hotels with prestigious roles such as Front office manager and Reservations Manager.
In 2016, I proudly joined the FGRT, where I deal with revenue management consultancy and training in Italy and abroad for hotel facilities of all categories and dimensions. I provide consultancy services for seaside, lakeside and mountainside hotels, in cities of art and business, achieving exceptional results and turnover increases always and everywhere thanks to our working method.
I also provide training in sales and customer care techniques for hotel staff, as well as managing the company’s international business development in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia
